UtahMeta Terms of Service
Last updated: September 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of UtahMeta services, customer portals, applications, media access, storage features, and related support. By purchasing or using a paid UtahMeta service, the account holder agrees to these terms.
1. Account holder and household access
The account holder must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the account, household members, credentials, devices, and activity performed through the account. Access may be limited by product, seat count, household eligibility, device rules, or service capacity.
2. Services and availability
UtahMeta provides access to the products shown in the customer portal. Features, capacity, supported applications, and technical requirements may change as the service evolves. We may perform maintenance, repair, security work, or emergency changes that temporarily affect availability.
3. Pricing, subscriptions, and renewals
Prices and billing intervals are shown before checkout. Recurring products renew at the disclosed interval until canceled. Taxes and payment-processing charges may be included in the final customer price shown at checkout. Card payments may be collected by Paddle as merchant of record. Bitcoin payments may be processed through BTCPay Server.
4. Cancellation
You may request cancellation through the UtahMeta account or support process. Unless a different date is shown, cancellation stops future renewals and paid access may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not resell, share, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access unless UtahMeta has expressly agreed in writing.
- Do not attempt to bypass seat, household, device, security, or billing controls.
- Do not use the service to infringe intellectual-property rights, violate law, distribute malware, attack systems, or interfere with other customers.
- You are responsible for content you upload or choose to store and for having the rights necessary to use that content.
6. Suspension and termination
UtahMeta may suspend or terminate access for unpaid balances, abuse, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, repeated policy violations, or material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
7. Third-party services
Some UtahMeta features rely on third-party software, networks, payment processors, or applications. Their services may be governed by separate terms and may experience interruptions outside UtahMeta's control.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the UtahMeta Refund Policy and applicable law. Paddle transactions may also be subject to Paddle's merchant-of-record processes.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the UtahMeta Privacy Notice.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as available” basis. UtahMeta is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use or unavailability of the services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will be posted here with its update date. Material changes may also be communicated through the customer portal or other reasonable notice.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the UtahMeta support options available in your account.
