UtahMeta Refund Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
UtahMeta wants billing issues handled fairly and promptly. This policy applies to UtahMeta product purchases unless a specific offer states different terms.
1. Canceling a subscription
You may request cancellation before the next renewal. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future renewal charges and service may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period.
2. Refunds we will review
Please contact UtahMeta support as soon as possible if you believe you were charged incorrectly. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized charges reported by the account holder, or a material failure by UtahMeta to provide the purchased service.
3. Other refund requests
Other requests are reviewed case-by-case based on the reason for the request, service usage, time since purchase, and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or consumer-protection rights that apply to you.
4. Paddle/card payments
For card transactions processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record. Approved refunds are generally returned through Paddle to the original payment method and may be subject to Paddle's transaction and refund processes.
5. Bitcoin payments
Bitcoin transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the network. If UtahMeta approves a Bitcoin refund, we will coordinate the return with the account holder using a verified destination address. Network conditions and legally required verification may affect processing time.
6. Processing time
Approved card refunds can take several business days to appear, depending on the payment method and financial institution. Bitcoin refund timing depends on verification and network conditions.
7. How to request a refund
Use the UtahMeta support options available in your account and include the account email, product, approximate purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not send card numbers, wallet seed phrases, private keys, or other highly sensitive credentials.
